Reemerging from the slowness of winter can be challenging, but the energy of springtime, as well as our yoga practices, can help us to awaken and feel energised and revitalised once again.

Springtime holds the promise of ease, expansion, and growth, and we can channel that energy through connection with nature and our practices to bring clarity and focus to our intentions.

This retreat will give you the time and space to be nurtured and supported so that you can reconnect to what is truly important to you.

Through yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and connections with nature, we will let go of what’s no longer needed within, create space in the mind and body, and kick-start our innate healing capacities.

A typical Saturday on retreat…

Start the day with a mindful flow, nourish your body with a 2 course brunch, enjoy a walk in nature or lounge around the house or your cosy room with your favourite book, a mid day pick me up with an Embodied Hatha class, book in a soothing massage, enjoy afternoon tea followed by a yin/restore gong bath workshop. End the day with a 2-course, nutritious, tasty dinner, then drift off to your comfy bed for a wonderful night’s sleep.
This retreat promises to diminish stress, boost your physical and mental wellbeing, and leave you feeling completely rejuvenated.

With Lisa, an experienced Yoga instructor of 16 years, Healing therapists, and our amazing retreat Chefs Harriet and Lexi, unearth your mind and body, while being surrounded by like-minded people. Immerse in nature with walks in the local countryside. Savour delicious vegetarian meals designed specially to help nourish your body.

Cotswold Yoga Retreat Highlights:

Rediscover yourself once more in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside on this late summer retreat weekend. Focus on your health and well-being, explore the element of Earth with many grounding practices.

During this time, you will be able to immerse yourself in a mind-body healing journey, after the hectic summer days, to find your inner peace through the power of yoga, meditation, pranayama, connecting to nature and the element of Earth, while peacefully preparing your mind and body to transition to the Fall season.

This weekend is designed to help you relax, detox, and revive. We support both beginners and more advanced yogis to grow and develop their connection to the Element of Earth and self.

Cotswold Park Barns are situated on the Cotswold Park Estate, in the heart of the Cotswolds. Exclusive, private, peaceful, beautiful, and very comfortable - all the ingredients for the perfect retreat.

The timetable will look a little like this on the Saturday…

Start the day with a slow mindful flow, nourish your body with a 2 course brunch, enjoy a walk in nature or lounge around the house or your cosy room with your favourite book, a mid day pick me up with a mini workshop (pranayama, mantra and meditation) or other well-being workshop (tbc), book in a soothing massage with one of our in house therapists, jump in the hot tub to soothe those muscles. Enjoy a warming bowl of soup with homemade breads & afternoon tea, followed by our last session of the day, a somatic yin and restore session with soothing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls. End the day with a 2-course, nutritious, delicious dinner, then drift off to your comfy bed for a wonderful night’s sleep.

There will also be sessions offered on late Friday afternoon, Sunday morning, and early afternoon. Pick and choose which sessions to attend or do all.
