Cacao ceremony, Mindful meditation, energy healing (a combo of reiki and shamanic energy healing), oracle cards and other intuitive offerings. I will hold the space for whatever it is you wish to heal.

I have recently completed a foundation in shamanic healing and Reiki 2, bringing these energy healings together along with my other offerings i’ve created something unique for you, come and be held in a safe space to release whatever might be trapped in your body. This can be from trauma, stress or even passed down to us from our ancestors.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique where a practitioner channels "universal life force energy" through their hands to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing by balancing energy fields, often using gentle touch on or above a clothed body in specific positions, though it's a complementary therapy, not a cure for disease.

Shamanic energy healing is also an ancient, holistic practice that restores balance to the body, mind, and spirit by addressing the energetic, spiritual roots of illness, trauma, or emotional distress. I’ve only completed the foundation in this so its inspired energy healing which is very similar to Reiki, I will use my shamanic drum or rattle to work with energy, mine or your spirit guides, and the natural elements to help heal you on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
