Join my online community. These classes cater for those with a previous practice, (I’m afraid this class is not suited for beginners, please check out our in studio courses for this).
My sessions will help you to relax and feel more confident and positive about your body all in the comfort of your own home.
These classes are the perfect "me" time antidote to your busy life, they will help you calm and quieten the busy mind.
The sessions are a great way to reduce stress, anxiety and help you sleep better.
You will learn how to release tension in the body and calm the mind.
Making a commitment to yoga will give you the tools to use in your everyday life to help you feel more confident, relaxed and in control of your thoughts feelings and emotions.
I am grateful that the internet enables us to maintain our connection and continue to breathe, move and practice together. Our livestream classes can be streamed at home for an intimate studio experience.
