1-2-1 Yoga Therapy Returning to self
Private yoga classes are tailor-made for the individual and held in my Fenny Compton studio. (I’m sorry, but I don’t do home visits.)
Private yoga classes can be specifically designed to support certain aspects of your physical health, such as low back pain vulnerability and stiff shoulders and neck. Bespoke yoga courses can focus more on mental and emotional well-being to help you through an illness. Often, I combine physical therapy with mindfulness to create a fully-rounded practice.
As a dedicated practitioner and teacher with 16 years experience I am passionate about guiding individuals on a path of healing, empowerment & self-discovery.
Private yoga sessions aim to enhance your overall well-being and provide you with tools for healing mind, body and soul.
These sessions can be spread out over weeks or months.
£60 for a 1 hour session.
Prebooked and paid block of 4 x 1 hour sessions at £220
Returning to self session.
Appreciate your body, feed your soul, and find closure for your past self. Recognise your strengths and silence negative self-talk.
£100 for 90 mins to include a sacred cacao ceremony or blue lotus tea, oracle cards and other intuitive offerings.
If you would like to book a private session with a friend or family member in our studio space then please add £20pp to the above.
Please do get in contact to discuss your options, I choose to only work with 1 private client at a time.
Currently I can only offer Thursdays or Fridays at 10.45am.
Dawn, our lovely Hatha teacher, is also available for 1-2-1 sessions on Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m. or Saturdays from 8 to 9 a.m. or 10.45 a.m.
Payment is upfront and we have a 48hr cancellation policy.
