Sound Healing does not imply a cure it is about bringing the body, mind, emotions and subtle energies of the body back into balance of all levels. When a crystal singing bowl is played it creates a vibration that is not only heard but felt. The sound penetrates deep into our cells helping the body to completely relax. The experience is deeply relaxing and restorative and is particularly effective for anyone who suffers from stress, anxiety or insomnia.
