Cotswold Park Barns are situated on the Cotswold Park Estate, in the heart of the Cotswolds. Exclusive, private, peaceful, beautiful and very comfortable - all the ingredients for the perfect retreat.
Timetable will look a little like this on the Saturday.
Start the day earlier if you wish with a meditation and mantra in the adjoining forest, then an inspired led Asthanga class with Adele, or if you prefer a later slow mindful flow w lisa. nourish your body with a 2 course brunch, enjoy a walk in nature or lounge around the house in your cosy room with your favourite book, a mid day pick me up with a mini workshop or other well-being workshop (tbc), book in a soothing massage with one of our in house therapists, jump in the hot tub to soothe those muscles. Enjoy a warming bowl of soup with home made breads & afternoon tea followed by our last yoga session of day, a yin/restore & yoga nidra. A 2 course nutritious delicious dinner will be served, end the day with a healing holistic sound bath, then drift of to your comfy bed for a wonderful nights sleep.
There will also be sessions offered on the late Friday afternoon, Sunday morning, and early afternoon. Pick and choose which sessions to attend or do all.
This retreat promises to diminish stress, boost your physical and mental wellbeing, and leave you feeling completely rejuvenated.
With Lisa, a senior Yoga instructor of 14 years, Adele an experience Asthanga teacher, healing therapists and our amazing retreat Chefs Harriet & Lexi, unearth your mind and body, while being surrounded by like minded people. Immerse in nature with walks in the local countryside. Savour delicious vegetarian meals designed specially to help support nourish your body.
Adele will be accompanying Lisa on this retreat and offering her Ashtanga inspired flows, mantra and restorative yoga. I will be bringing mindful slow flows and Yin yoga and a holistic sound bath. Please check my about yoga page to read about Adele and myself.

Cotswold Park Barns is situated on the Cotswold Park Estate in the heart of the Cotswolds. The Barns themselves are sat in the centre of a 195 acre estate with amazing views over the rolling Cotswold hills You are guaranteed your privacy.
The Barns are just 10 minutes from the beautiful market town of Cirencester and 10 minutes from the Regency Town of Cheltenham.
We are located within an hour of Cardiff, Bristol, Bath, Newbury, Oxford, Birmingham, Warwick, Worcester, Cheltenham and Gloucester.
London is just 80 minutes from Kemble station on a direct high speed train and 1 hour & 45 minutes by car.
