Yoga & wild Swimming

I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a Yoga & Wild swimming event organized by Lisa valentine yoga.

I understand and acknowledge the following:

The Yoga

Will be held outside on a wooden platform covered from the elements if needed, yoga breath work and meditation will be guided by LVY whom is qualified and experienced to do so. Please only do what feels right for you. Consider wearing layers to keep warm.

Heath Farm - Terms & Conditions

• All persons using the wild swimming pond do so at their own risk. If you have any medical conditions, underlying health problems, use prescription drugs, are pregnant or know of anything else that you need clarification on, you must consult your GP before you make a booking. 

• No alcohol to be consumed

• We take no responsibility for the damage or loss of customers’ property. Please leave valuables at home or locked in your car.

• We will have an open wood fire for the afternoon, please do not touch it. Our team will handle the fire.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated, or deemed a risk to health and safety. Refunds will not be given. 

• We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time due to unsuitable weather conditions. We will contact you to rearrange your booking. 

Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in wild swimming & Sauna activities, I hereby release and discharge Lisa Valentine Yoga & Heath Farm from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation in these activities.

Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize LVY to seek medical treatment on my behalf.
