Inversions can be an empowering and meditative part of practice, they require patience and consistency and can often seem intimidating if we’re not quite sure how to approach them.
This workshop will teach you the foundations of inversions, giving you a greater depth of understanding of the physical and mental processes involved within the poses. On the day we will explore headstand, handstand and forearm balance and for those who are stable in inversions there will be guidance on where to go from there with variations of poses.
Becca will guide you through drills and practices that will help you get those feet off the ground, expect to laugh, sweat, build strength and most of all have a lot of fun!
No inversion experience is necessary, this workshop is for any student wanting to learn more about their practice.
