We will take some time to learn different drum beats, explore how the rhythm can bring us in to a balanced state of mind, connect to vision, and experience somatic healing.

An informal gathering where we will come together, We may sing some medicine songs together, drum together if you like or use a rattle or other percussion instrument. You can sit and recieve or join in as much as you feel like. All is welcome.

These gatherings are a way to connect, express creativity, and experience the joy of drumming, voice and more.

The rhythmic and repetitive nature of drumming can be calming and stress-relieving, there will be a focus on spiritual connection and healing. 

This date we will be embracing the Year of the Fire Horse: The date falls within the start of the Chinese Year of the Fire Horse, which officially begins on February 17, 2026. This year is associated with intense energy, bold action, passion, and transformation, encouraging individuals to pursue goals with courage and independence

I have been on a personal shamanic Journey for a few years, learning to joumey via the drum with various shamanic healers and I love holding sacred space, these mini classes with sometiems includmantra, breath work & more. You will be held in a safe space.

Please note I am not shamanic practitioner. I have completed basic sound healing training and I am a sacred space practitioner.
