Retreat with Lisa Valentine in the vibrant red city of Marrakesh. Twice daily yoga on the roof terrace with the back drop of the city, snow peaked Atlas mountains, sunset and sounds of prayer soothing our souls, spend the afternoon exploring and shopping in the colourful Souks, take a trip to the famous Yves St. Laurent gardens, eat nourishing vegetarian local cuisine, treat yourself to a traditional Hammam or in-house Massage
Our accommodation is in a Private Riad in the heart of the busy Medina, once the abode of 1920s Jazz artiste Josephine Baker. The Riad is a traditional building and offers a cool and tranquil environment in which guests can escape the bustle and heat of the city. Expect sprawling traditional rooms across three floors which over-look an indoor courtyard and small pool, and with staircases leading up to a stunning rooftop terrace with views across the city.
Sam Bowers will be joining me on this weekend offering her intro to Kundalini, Kundadance and offering some of her healing sound instruments during the yin yoga sessions.
