Often one of the more challenging aspects of asana practice can be when we find ourselves on one leg! This 90 minute class will focus on the elements of balance including drishti (gaze), physical strength and stability and pranayama (breath work) the class will include working towards variations of some balances and the opportunity to explore a few arm balances too!
