Discover the power of connecting to nature, working with a specific element and chakra to target certain areas of the body, Mandala vinyasa guides you through a repetitive practice that brings you 360 degrees around your mat and allows you to access a deeper level of awareness of your own body and mind. There will be opportunities within the mandala to strengthen and play, these are also opportunities to rest and restore, you take what you need from the practice depending on how you feel and what you want to work on. The class opens and closes with yin postures and will leave you feeling balanced and blissful.
