Chakras refer to energy points in the body, they correspond to nerves, major organs and areas of our energetic body that in turn affect our emotional and physical wellbeing.
Each of the seven main chakras running the length of the spine to the crown of the head connects to its own unique sound, colour and physical aspect of the body.
This workshop will teach you about the subtle energy centres in the body. After a brief talk on the Chakras, Becca will guide you through meditation, breath work, movement and relaxation practices specifically designed to target each Chakra.
This will be a space for you to learn, breathe, move and relax on a journey through the seven main energy centres in the body and is open to everyone, no previous yoga experience is required.
