Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. People who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain.
EFT can help you release stress and overwhelm, ease physical and emotional pain and clear any negative emotions. You will be guided through each of the points and we will tap together working through any major stressors in your life, pain you're experiencing or specific traumas. This is an incredibly powerful technique. This session is sure to bring you clarity, calm and leave you feeling so much lighter and stress-free!
How does EFT tapping work?
Similar to accupuncture, EFT focuses on the meridian points to restore balance to your body’s energy. It’s believed that restoring this energy balance can relieve symptoms a negative experience or emotion may have caused.
Based on Chinese medicine, meridian points are thought of as areas of the body energy flows through. These pathways help balance energy flow to maintain your health. Any imbalance can influence disease or sickness.
EFT uses fingertip tapping to apply pressure.
In this workshop you will also be introduced to breathing techniques to calm anxious mind. Use affirmations to change your emotional vibration and finally a guided meditation with essential oils for deep relaxation.

Hi, I'm Meeta, a Certified Holistic Health Coach & EFT (Tapping) Practitioner, specialising in stress and burnout.

Self-care is often labelled as a 'trend' or a luxury to cram into our busy lives. I don't believe this is the case. Self-care is a daily responsibility, especially as we navigate life post-pandemic.
