Join Experienced teachers Lisa and Sara for a fully integrated day of Yin, Yang, Meditation & an Ayurveda workshop.
Practices will interwoven into a retreat style day. We will start the day with a gentle Seasonal Spring Yin & Yang sequence invigorating both the physical and pranic bodies, a 2 course delicious nutritious seasonal plant based lunch will be served by retreat chef Tanya, followed by an Ayurveda Living 2 hour workshop into a general introduction in to Ayurveda living where we will have the opurtunity to discover which Dosha ** you are and explore the charactaristics of the various types, the day will conclude with a Spring themed deep immersion for yourself into floor based Yin postures to revive and restore the subtle energy body . Enjoy led Meditation sessions in both the morning and afternoon to restore the vitality in our spiritual or ‘shen’ body.
The day will conclude with a restoring restorative practise and tiem to reflect on the day.
When we learn to connect with ourselves on both our physical, energetic and mental states at the start of our practice, we can begin to carve out a more skilled and responsive practice to meet our needs more fully.
