I have been running retreats in the UK and worldwide since 2016. My passion for travel, adventure and my love of yoga are combined to offer unique experiences.

Disconnect to reconnect with oneself.

When you choose to go on a Retreat you have already made a big decision to look after yourself. On my retreats, connections happen externally and internally. .

From the moment you arrive you will feel welcomed, and discover there are like minded souls just like you, whom have chosen to put themselves first . You will make new friends, be heard, listen and learn how to reconnect and discover your true essence.

Time to relax

A retreat with me is time to stop from from your busy life, to breathe and to put your health and well-being first. You will have time to reflect and look at another perspective.

The Accommodation at my venues are always comfortable and mostly luxurious homes or villas, with areas for quiet time. Read a book, take a little walk, have a nap in between sessions, there is no judgement on how you spend your time.

Take deep breaths, find your own rhythm and then move. Yoga helps the body move with a beautiful balance of freedom and strength. Get out of your head and into your body. I promise you will feel so much lighter.

Be nourished

Being a mum of 2 myself, I know what a treat it is to be cooked for. My retreat chefs are truly loved and always have a huge passion for food, their creations come from the heart, you will feel nourished and loved from the inside out. We cater for most needs, veggie, vegan and Gluten free.
