Join Adele on this longer session for Asana, (posture), Meditation, Philosophy and a Q&A at the end.
We’ll practice asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and japa meditation (chanting) together.
This is an open invite to all, especially if you’d like to deepen your practice beyond asana, and explore the subtleties of pranayama and the power of mantra repetition.
