Please read about Jenny Ann here or below: https://www.holistic-hands.me/about-me/
Jenny-Ann’s professional career started off as a performer in musical theatre where a love for music, dance and singing took her from around the world to London’s West End.She retrained as a massage therapist and became interested in energy healing along the way, becoming attuned to the Usui Reiki Energy and becoming a Reiki Master.
As a healer, using her drum and her voice, she has been leading many shamanic healing practices over the years and eventually this introduced her to Sound therapy and the usage of singing bowls.
Training in Nerja, Andalucia,in the art of Himalayan Singing Bowls and completing a qualification back in the UK with Lesley Carrol of The Atlantis College of Sound Healing, she then fell in love with 1st using quartz crystal bowls and later the beautiful Alchemies.
In 2021 Jenny-Ann completed a 13 month gong course with Sarah Gregg and qualified as a Gong Master.
She runs group Gong Baths as well as one on one healing sessions in her therapy room in Chacombe OX17.
The workshop will cover an intro to Sound Therapy and a chance to pass on some of her experience to those either thinking of working with sacred sound or wanting to use certain instruments either in self practice or in their own classes.
Also it will be a good chance to have a play on a variety of instruments used in sound therapy before deciding to invest in your own.
