What do you think about in the morning, you know when the alarm goes off? Your first thoughts and I don’t mean aaaagh go away! Do you feel excited by what the day holds for you, do you feel full of energy or successful for the day ahead, or are you feeling negative, unfocused and fearful?
Those first few moments when we wake up are so important as they set the tone of the day. We should be feeling inquisitive, fearless, believe in ourselves and what we are going to achieve that day. Take a few moments and stretch like a cat it really helps you relax. Then think about how you can believe in yourself today and how these positive thoughts can help you move forward to create the life you want, be fearless as by facing our fears we grow stronger and more positive.
