It always happens we are rushing through life getting our chores done, getting to work on time, making that appointment by the skin of our teeth. We spend our time focusing on the next thing, the next week, the next year. We look at all the problems coming up, all the bumps in our life.
It is time to clear our minds, be grateful for small things, our health, the flowers in the park, a beautiful sunset. If we concentrate on the good things, the things happening now, not tomorrow, next week, next year we can challenge setbacks, we are more content and we can focus on all the good things in the day.
Living in the moment is a challenge as we all want to think about the future, but try, think of 3 positive things each morning, write them down and then in the evening think about those positive things again, and if those positive things happened how did you feel, empowered, smile, feel grateful?
Don’t look at the ground look at the sky and smile.
