The sun is out, the temperature is rising and Easter is on the way. A wonderful time of year to spend with family and friends. A long weekend to enjoy long walks, bike rides, trips out with some gorgeous weather. Whilst this is great fun make sure you also plan in time for you.
When you wake in the morning roll out your yoga mat and take yourself through a 15 minute wake up yoga session, if you have young children get them to join in, they will love it. When you get back from that bike ride or trip out, take yourself to a quiet area and reflect on the day and bring yourself back into the present with some self-reflection and meditation. This will then calm your mind for the evening ahead.
30 Minutes a day over the Easter break will see you emerge on Tuesday fresh and ready to tackle anything.
