Saturday 12thOctober, join me for a family yoga day. In a world where we are stressed, busy and always running around, what better way to spend a Saturday than in a healthy and happy space. Family is important and our health, our children’s health and our parent’s health are so important. So, switch off those phones and come along, beginners encouraged.
11.00am to midday we are running a yoga practise for teenagers, this will look at reducing stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem and body image plus, encourage creativity and optimism. This is alongside the fact it will help improve fitness.
2.00 – 3.00pm we are running a family yoga practice. The aim is for lots of fun and laughter as well as some gentle yoga flow and posture work. It is open to everyone, kids from 5 years upwards to Mum, Dad, Grandma and Grandad. No previous experience is required, just a sense of fun and being open to some challenges.
