Time is flying past, it only seems a moment ago that we were all looking forward to summer and now we are looking at getting back into work mode and autumn.
I love a change of season it is the perfect time to sort out your mind, build in healthy habits and get rid of old habits that no longer serve you. We all have the power to create or change habits as they are formed from behaviour, a smell, an emotion of even a time of day. By being mindful and thinking before we behave in our normal way we can break the loop and build in new healthy habits. The more often we do these healthy new habits the more they become the new habit.
Why not create a lovely new habit today, because if we procrastinate that lovely new habit may never be formed and we will have missed an opportunity.
