So the Summer Bank Holiday is upon us, a time for reflection after holidays, or maybe you are still on the last week of your holidays. When we have a break from routine, it is a time to reflect and move forward, we start thinking, how are we going to improve our lives, maybe a little more structured? Get fit? Eat better? The list is endless.
September is a great time to start a new regime, it is back to school, back to normality and there are lots of new activities to look into. Why not start yoga this September, or perhaps you have practised yoga in the past, but, have let if lapse, always thought you would like to take up yoga, or simply you have had the summer off. September is a great month to get back into the routine and enjoy one of our many practices on offer. Whether you are a beginner, love a great flow or want to meditate and relax your body into Yin yoga, there is something for everyone.
September is also the month when I start my autumn retreats with my first of two in Oxfordshire at the lovely Manor House at Thrup where we will be restoring our souls, recharging our bodies and practising mindfulness.
So, don’t wait, check out my website www.lisavalentineyoga.co.uk and my class and retreat pages for all the up to date news for the autumn. I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
