I bet you have been thinking about it, wondered what all the hype is about when your friends all talk about it, but, have never got around to practicing it, or believing it is for you. Yoga, it has had a lot of press, a lot of celebrities practice it, but you are still not sure what it is that they all love.
The benefits, it creates a better all round fitness without thinking about it, you build your strength, flexibility and posture without the need of weights in a safe and more holistic way. A gentle yoga practice will fuel the metabolic system and restore the hormone balance, which can then normalise your body weight. It will increase your energy, just a few minutes every day will provide an energy boost, vital in our busy lives. Mindfulness and yoga go hand in hand and it makes you aware of your thoughts and emotions plus that awareness will bring you back to the present moment. It helps with self-confidence and self-acceptance.
