When we are pregnant we spend our time looking forward to meeting the tiny human being which has actually grown in our bodies. In the hours, indeed days and weeks after, our brains go into overdrive and veer from huge pride to shocked disbelief about the changes in our bodies.
The sickness of early pregnancy, our aching backs and fatigue have passed to a whole other set of physical conditions which accompany the bliss of your gorgeous little creation.
I am continually running Mums n Bubs classes to help new mums, some simple yoga poses address the most common concerns and we can work together whilst your body is in transition. I will work with you to get you healthy, vital and strong again. We will also add a few basic moves for your baby helping them to become more comfortable and calmer.
