Thank You, two words that hold so much power. It is a proven fact that people who express gratitude to other people live, happier, healthier lives. It shows appreciation, it strengthens relations, it makes people feel better and more loved, it makes you count your blessings.
Rather than get angry be thankful. Think of positive things in negative times, be thankful that you can walk in the park, wood or beach, be thankful that you can look up to the sky, be thankful for that holiday. We all have a lot to be thankful for.
So put it in writing and make your colleague, friend or partner feel happy, give yourself a pat on the back and you will feel your confidence rise. Take that walk in the park with no distractions and listen to nature, look at the sunshine, feel the wind or rain and be in the moment.
Being thankful and saying thank you, reduces stress, anxiety and makes you more positive. So let your confidence grow, and learn to harness, heal and enjoy the happiness that will come.
