Change and happiness come from acceptance of yourself, accepting your body, your habits, the good things and working through the harder times in life. We do not need to change, work harder, longer, change our looks.
We need to accept that 80% of the time we may live a healthy life, but life throws us curve balls and we need to deal with them in different ways. Some sit on a couch, some enjoy a little too much wine, some eat cake. It’s ok, don’t let social media tell us what we need to do to change.
Sometimes we dwell on things but then we must move on and not spend time looking backwards, we all need to go with the flow of life. Living and enjoying yoga means balance and respecting the roller coaster of life.
