Self Care is so important, as much as we rush around all day looking after other peoples needs we must also make sure that we look after ourselves. I know, you are now saying I don’t have time in the day to spend on myself, well maybe just take 60 seconds out.
Release any tension and drop those shoulders, we often hold tension in our bodies without realising. Think about your breath and before you say anything hasty breath deep, observing the rhythm and focus on how your are breathing. Walk outside into the sunshine this will immediately make you feel better, enjoy your natural environment. When you eat, think about your food, be mindful and notice the different flavours.
