March has arrived, it has arrived like a lion with storms. I love this weather it blows all the winter cobwebs away and prepares you for Spring, lighter morning and evenings.
It’s time to prepare ourselves for those warmer days and get moving, yes, we need to imagine what it would feel like to be strong, energised, refreshed, powerful and happy. Moving will help us find all these emotions, yoga will make us strong and powerful, but what about adding some dancing to the mix, dancing releases that happy emotion or if you feel you need to calm your mind a lovely long walk in the sunshine.
By stretching and moving our bodies we will become more powerful and energised. It is time to get ourselves back outside.
