Do you criticise yourself all the time, are you saying for goodness sake, pull yourself together, get slim, get to yoga, get that promotion, get some style, sort your s*@t out – STOP.
Stop that inner critic and start talking to yourself, giving yourself the same respect as you would your best friend. Start treating yourself with self compassion, treating yourself well, loving yourself and accepting yourself. I doesn’t matter if you eat something not planned, or didn’t make a yoga practice, or didn’t get that promotion. What is important is how you deal with a situation, don’t be harsh in your judgement, see it for what it is and just move on, we all have highs and lows in our life, but the most important thing is that we treat ourselves kindly, nourish our souls and love ourselves inside out.
When we love and respect ourselves, we become much stronger, more confident and more compassionate to others.
