We have all at some point in our lives felt down, demoralised, bored, stuck or just downright totally fed up with a situation….. but how you deal with these times is more important than the fact you have these situations.
Life keeps moving forward whether you are down or happy, bored or fulfilled so it is important that we feel at ease with ourselves, open to ourselves and listen to our gut instincts….. they are often right.
By meditating and deep breathing we can focus and when we focus we can dream of success, positivity plus motivate ourselves. By listening to ourselves we can learn vital information about ourselves and value ourselves.
So next time you are down and not in a yoga class, maybe you’re at work or in the kitchen de-stress by doing some yoga neck stretches and shoulder stretches, these can be done sitting down. Concentrate on your breathing and focus on all the good things in your life.
