Have you ever thought about those thousands of thoughts that float through your mind on a daily basis? Have you ever thought how they have affected your moods? Maybe you woke up really happy then this negative thought just flew into your mind and your mood changed, just like that.
I believe it is really important to think about our mindset, because it is everything. If we are happy, positive and compassionate to ourselves we can achieve anything we want, we then believe in ourselves and our ability to push ourselves. This can be in yoga, relationships, food anything. By shifting our mindset, we gain a greater awareness which then enables us to make choices and in turn become a happier, healthier person.
So, over the next week let's be mindful, compassionate and aware of our thoughts, let's shift our mindset and be kind to ourselves, look after ourselves. Next time you have a negative thought turn it around and remember, you are your own best friend and you will spend your life together.
