Welcome to 2018, we have partied hard and now it is time to set our intentions for 2018. Lets get rid of those toxins we have built up over Christmas, get some glow back to our skin and maybe lose those few pounds gained over the festive period.
I love to start the day with a few sun salutations it gets the body moving, stretches and wakes you up. This week I am also going to add a few twists to my routine and a good one to start us off is the forward bend twist. This can be added into your salutation and is a superb move as it stretches the entire back of our body and sides of the waste whilst increasing the flexibility to our spine. This move strengthens the abdominals, stimulates our internal organs, improve digestions whilst reducing fatigue.
Perfect to start our detox plus increase our energy and passions.
